Four phases. Identity-first. Built for men who are ready to stop managing the outside and start transforming the inside.
Apply NowBefore anything changes, something has to be seen. Phase 1 is where you stop managing the version of yourself you’ve been showing the world - and get honest about the one you haven’t.
This isn’t about shame. It’s about clarity. You can’t change what you haven’t named. And most men have been naming the wrong things their whole lives.
You’ll identify the performance patterns you’ve been running, surface the approval trap you’ve been living in, and begin to bring into the light what no one else has been allowed to see.
“It’s the hardest phase for most men. Because honesty is harder than hustle.”
The behavior isn’t the problem. The belief underneath it is. Phase 2 goes under the performance and dismantles the core lies that built it.
The stories you’ve been telling yourself since you were twelve. The walls you built to stay safe that are now keeping everything out. The shame cycles that reset every time you try to change - because willpower was never the answer.
This is also where brotherhood begins. Real accountability. The kind that doesn’t shame you for falling - it helps you understand why.
“Most men say Phase 2 is the hardest emotionally. It’s also where the real breakthrough begins.”
This is what you came for. Phase 3 is where a man stops trying to build an identity - and starts receiving one. Not based on what he’s achieved. Not based on what people think of him. Not based on how well he’s been performing.
The work in Phases 1 and 2 was preparation for this. You can’t receive what you haven’t made room for. You will come to know - not just intellectually, but in your bones - who you actually are.
“Almost every man who completes this program says Phase 3 is where everything changed. It’s the phase men cry in. It’s also the phase they tell their friends about.”
Most programs end with a certificate. This one ends with a commissioning. Phase 4 is where the restored man steps into his life - intentionally, fully, and without apology.
You will experience a Ministry Night of deep inner healing and spiritual restoration. You will be commissioned by name into your next season - into your marriage, your family, your purpose, every room you walk into.
You are not just a graduate. You are sent.
“Phase 4 is not the finish line. It’s the starting line for the rest of your life.”
How long does the program take?
Most men complete the program in 12 to 15 weeks. You don’t move on a calendar - you move when you’re ready. The phase tracking system and Mark’s direct oversight ensure you always know exactly where you are and what’s next.
What does the weekly time commitment look like?
One live group session per week plus reflection work between sessions. The depth of the work depends on how much you bring to it. Men who engage fully - with the reflection prompts, the direct access, and the coaching calls - get the most from the program.
Is this a faith-based program?
The spiritual dimension is present and central, but this is not a church program. Men of different backgrounds and faith journeys have gone through MIR™. What is required is openness to the idea that identity is given, not earned - and a willingness to engage with that honestly.
What’s the investment?
The investment is discussed on the discovery call, not listed publicly. What we can tell you is that it is a premium program at a premium investment, and payment plans are available. If you’re not ready to invest at that level, the discovery call is the honest place to find that out.
What if I don’t feel ready?
Apply anyway. That’s what the discovery call is for. Mark will tell you honestly whether this is the right fit, the right moment, and the right man. If it isn’t, he’ll point you toward something that would serve you better. There is no pressure and no hard close.
My wife isn’t sure about this. What should I tell her?
Invite her to read Kimmie’s section on the homepage. Kimmie reaches out to partners directly as part of the program - their experience is not ignored. The transformation a man goes through in MIR™ belongs to his whole family, not just to him.
Mark reads every application personally and will tell you honestly whether this is the right fit for you - right now. If it isn’t, he’ll say so and point you toward what would actually serve you.
Apply for the Program“You can’t lead a man somewhere you haven’t been. I’ve been there. That’s not a credential. That’s the only thing that actually matters.”
